ABOUT ME
I've been a personal trainer since 2015, helping hundreds of women build strength, fitness, and confidence while balancing busy lives and the challenges of perimenopause and beyond. As a qualified nutrition coach, I take a holistic approach to fitness, supporting my clients inside and outside of their workouts—wherever they are on their fitness journey. My mission is simple: to help women not just look strong but feel strong physically and mentally.
Before becoming a trainer, I worked as an Executive Assistant in private equity in London and banking in Monaco. This experience gave me a deep understanding of the demands of a high-pressure lifestyle, which I now bring into my training approach. I created Trainer In Your House a personalised fitness service designed for busy, active women, seamlessly fitting into your lifestyle.
Beyond training, I’m passionate about the outdoors. When I’m not working, you’ll find me in the Peak District hiking, running and paddleboarding. I’m also certified in stroke rehabilitation fitness and love running kids’ outdoor sessions, showing them that movement and nature go hand in hand.
I understand that balancing a career, family, and the changes of perimenopause and menopause, is tough. Our body is changing in a way totally new to us and we have to navigate these changes while managing the many other responsibilities of our busy lives.
