Trainer In Your House was born from a simple realization—many of Nicole’s clients needed more than just a weekly personal training session. With demanding careers and packed schedules, they didn’t have time to plan their workouts, structure their nutrition, or think about how fitness fit into their lives.

Drawing from her experience as an Executive Assistant in private equity, Nicole saw the parallel—just as high-level professionals rely on expert support to manage their schedules, they needed the same level of precision and organisation in their health and fitness. Trainer In Your House takes the guesswork out of fitness, seamlessly integrating personalised training and nutrition into your lifestyle—so all you have to do is show up.
