Small group personal training ; strength training specifically designed for women, providing expert coaching and tailored strength & fitness programming for you, in a supportive and empowering environment. Let’s get stronger together!

There are all held at Woods Fitness in Walkley and are 1 hour

● Monday: 7.50am

● Tuesday: 6.30am & 7.35am

● Wednesday: 8am

● Thursday: 8am

Cost:

● 1 Weekly Session: £100 per month

What does small group
Personal Training look like?

Weekly Training:
A structured, in-person small group PT session focusing on strength and fitness - at Woods Fitness

Time-Efficient Workouts:
Workouts tailored to you to do outside of sessions, whether at the gym or home

Goal-Setting:
Initial goal-setting session (1:1 over video call) to ensure focus and accountability and that I know exactly what you need from the sessions

Accountability:
The support, encouragement and motivation (and fun!) of a small, supportive group

Fortnightly Zoom Q&A:
A 30-minute session to answer questions you have and discuss anything that’s come up in sessions.

Monthly Catch-Up:
One drop-in session if you've missed any during the month.

Supportive Community:
Access to a WhatsApp group for questions and support.

Nutritional Guidance:
Whether it’s knowing what to eat to optimize your training, to knowing you are eating enough protein, we will cover everything to ensure you understand your nutritional needs.

FAQS

  • Yes. Once a spot becomes available and you confirm your place you can start sessions.

  • Yes! One reason I am keeping the group small (max. 4) is so that no matter what stage you are at you get personalised attention and focus. The workouts I give you outside of sessions will be tailored to your level and to the equipment you have.

  • No. You confirm your spot on the same session each week. If at any stage you can no longer make that day / time and want to continue I will add you to the waitlist for the next available spot on a session day and time you can do.

  • You pay each month. The easiest way to do this is to set - up a standing order so that you don’t have to remember each month. Each month you pay on the date of your first session.

  • If you no longer want to take part in the sessions you can cancel with one month’s notice - full details are in the T&Cs I will send you at the booking stage. Please do read these so you are clear about the cancellation policy.

  • If you cancel a session at least 48 hours before your session time I will try and get you into another session that week. If there is not a space available in another session, or you cannot make the alternative date and time, there will be one drop-in session per month available to any paying client to attend. These are most often on a Friday evening or the weekend and I will let you know the date at the start of each month. You of course also have access to the tailored workouts for outside of sessions provided by me.

  • No and no! If you are a member of a gym I will give you workouts to do outside of your weekly session that are centred around the gym if that’s what we have agreed during the goal setting stage. If you prefer to do your workouts at home, you will need at least one set of dumbbells but at the start that will suffice. We will chat through this in more detail during the goal setting call.

  • These are structured sessions where you will follow a programme that I have created. The main part of the session will be focused on strength training. At the end there will be some cardio aimed at increasing your overall fitness. I obviously want you to enjoy these sessions as well as learning how to train effectively and I will be there throughout guiding you.

  • Every month I will put on one bonus drop-in session where anyone from my small group training can attend. These are for you to catch up on any training sessions you missed. These are likely to be on Friday afternoons / evenings or the weekend. I will let you know at the start of each month when these are.

  • Every fortnight I do a 30 minute Zoom Q&A session. If you can’t make the live I put a summary document together of what we talked about. You can ask me anything about your training, fitness in general and nutrition. I am happy to take questions in advance if you don’t want to ask on the Zoom.
