✔ Exercises tailored to women in midlife
✔ Beginner friendly
DAYS & TIMES:
Tuesdays 12:30pm - 1:30pm, Worrall Community Association
Thursdays 2pm - 3pm, The Chapel, Oughtibridge
Cost: £10 per session / Bring a mat
